Trade better with this Indicator -MACD

 

What is it used for?   The MACD line or Moving Average Convergence Divergence indicator helps traders analyse the direction and momentum of the trend.     What does it signify?   When the MACD is above zero, Trader's consider the price to be in upward phase. If the MACD line is below zero, it is considered to have entered a bearish period.       How to read this for your trades?   The indicator is composed of two lines: the MACD line and a signal line, which moves slower.   Scenario 1: When MACD line crosses below the signal line, it indicates that the price is falling. Scenario 2: When the MACD line crosses above the signal line, the price is rising.       Looking at which side of zero the indicator is on aids in determining which signals to follow.   Scenario 1: if the indicator is above zero, watch for the MACD line to cross above the signal line. May signal a Possible Long trade.
